I've started the process of slogging through Jake's toys and clothes. There's a box ready in the spare room for the consignment shop. Whatever she doesn't take will be donated at work or Goodwill. Most of his clothes are being donated since they're a tad grungy for selling. I'm not complaining since he's the third person in wearing the clothes.
I'll do another go around in my clothes for donation purposes. In the process of having kids and losing weight, most of my old stuff has been chucked. I held onto my skinny clothes for years before giving them up. I realized I wouldn't wear them again if I got myself back down in those sizes. Jason really needs a massive overhaul with his shite.
I'm all about consigning or donating. Someone mentioned she didn't consign because she wouldn't get as much money. I think it's worth the cost when I won't be wasting my time hauling out our crap, haggling with buyers and trashing/donating what doesn't get sold. Why not have someone else do all of this for us?
